So Outsurance finally paid but not for everything, I had a Welder by U-boat watch that was bought for me as a birthday present in Dubai by one of my Girlfriends (Another Zuma) as her mother works in Dubai. Outsurance refused to pay that cause I didn't have the slips and the box, The Box was with the watch when i had the burglary. Jaco The so called superhero Insurance assessor went as far as to contact the person who bought the watch, Interrogate her asking where she bought the watch and for how much etc, he was given all the answers and he came back to me saying that they won't be able to pay as I didn't have the slip and I cannot prove that I had that watch (So he is calling me a lie) and if I would find the slips they would gladly pay. I have a white colleague recently claimed at Outsurance, everything was paid to him without producing a single slip. You insure you stuff for certain amount and when it comes to Outsurance for them to pay they don't. So if you reading this and you are insure with them better change your insurance before it is to late. I DISPISE OUTSURANCE.
