I just want to take this opportunity to inform you of the excellent service we as brokerage has received from Claim agent, Ernestina Ramorula.
She has recently dealt with 2 of our claims in the last month, and with both claims, it was finalized in record time, with no fuss or complications, and with the utmost efficiency. What a breath of fresh air this has been!!!
