Momentum doesn't reply to emails

Dear Momentum,
I have emailed you twice with regards to an inquiry, besides the automatic reply I have received to confirm that you have received the email, I have not had ANY FEEDBACK from you. No one emailed me, no one contacted me.
I find it appalling that I should use Hello Peter, just so that someone can come back to me?
