My mom has an policy with you for years now and every month the money goes off her account and leaves a number 00031162432 00GPPRM and that's it. Like most complaints, she does not have any proof of the insurance. All her details has changed and she also need to add and remove on all as one of my sisters passed away. Can you urgently send me an email or phone me or even just send me correct contact details so that we can sort the matter out. Also I want a copy of the agreement urgently emailed or posted to me otherwise I will take it up with a lawyer.
