Rude and disrespectful

I called the number 011 870 2000 for assistance on my grandmothers account as she was suppose to receive a statement that reflects what she would have be remunerated from either surplus or pension fund, I'm not sure, Nomsa answered the call and very rudely told me that I need to find out what I am querying and when I have her the ID number which is 550718 0115 080 for Muriel Nakie Edwards she kept quiet and after saying "hello" numerous times she did not reply and she transferred the call.

If Mrs Edwards had money to contact you than she would have but she does not have that's why I called on her behalf to simply find out when she would receive her statement, I am not interested in the amount or the payment date but I was treated with the most utter disrespect by your foolish, incompetent, no mannered consultant and I hated every minute of it after waiting so long to get to your call centre.
