I have been under debt review for a few years now and at first I received excellent service from Consumer Assist and the personal consultant I dealt with. Then a while back they changed from a personal consultant who dealt with my account to having to contact the customer centre for help. As I work in an open plan office I am not able to phone the call centre therefore I choose the more private route of emailing the call centre. The problem is that I have received no reply to my queries.
I have sent emails on the 18th Oct, 25th Oct, 29th Oct, 31st Oct and again today 13 Oct. To date, I have not had one reply to any of my emails and I am now at my wits end trying to get some form of feedback/response from them. They are happy to take my money off and charge me fees for doing this yet I get no assistance when I require information. Consumer Assist is there anyone at your offices who is competant enough to read an email and to reply to a customers query?
