Bad customer sevice

Good morning,

I received very bad service from the Absa Branch Middelburg Mall. Nicky Maboza and the so called Elize that is a receptionist. I phoned on Monday regarding an appointment to see a consultant. They said they will phone me back. It is Wednesday already and nothing. After i phoned again the phone was put down in my ear twice.

What happened to service in this town??? I still don't have an appointment.
