I went to old mutual branch to cancell my educational plan due to that i was financially struggling by that time. A consultant advised me not to cancell but take a premium holiday instead. I agreed as it was the solution to my problem. She said i qualify for six months on both my policies. I signed the papers and everything as an agreement. The policy was goin to take premiums again end of August. In June i received message my premium holiday was over on my life cover policy, i query them, and i was told i only qualified for three months since i missed three payments before. I went and pay on the bank for the missed premium and took the receipt to the branch in July but still it doesnt show on their system. When i query about that too i ws told my policy doesnt exist anymore i need to start all over again. I need your help please, my number is 0810866199
