Fnb has the slogo " How can We help You ". The service that i recieved is in total contradiction to what they advertise in the media. I had a probelem where by i went slighty overdrawn on my current account. I approached my branch and stated that i just needed a few days and i would rectify the matter . i was blatantly told that if its not rectified immediately they would dishonour the item. I sent them a e-mail explaining why the account had gone overdrawn . but they were not interested in listening but had rather made up there mind that they wil sticking to the decision irrespective of the situation that had caused nthe overdrawn. So now i ask how can they advertise something and yet when you approach them they are not even interested in listening or trying to help a client
