NO SERVICE, NO RESPONSE, BAD ATTITUDE

I put in a claim for repairs on my laptop end Nov '12. Submitted all necessary documents and till date I have had NO feedback.
I baught a new car, they more than doubled my monthly installment and excess amount. The only solution the operator could give me was "I would suggest you cancel your policy with us" SHOCKING customer service to say the least!!!
