Disapointing service 3weeks no access to my acount

Last year standard bank froze my account 4 times month after month after month and every time I had to take time off work to go sort it out and was told I would never have this problem again sadly it happened again and the worst this time I have been stuck with out access to my own money for 3weeks I have no petrol in my car to get to work and been borrowing money from my fianc? friends and my parents to survive instead of standard bank helping me to save they putting me in debt I have been in the bank every week and every week I take all my documentation they tell me its all sorted out I must wait a few hours and it should be working but still nothing
i'm still sitting with none of my own money its pathetic how am I suppose to live standard bank is the worst bank I have ever been with 10 years of bad service really gives you a reason to bank else where... mr norkie
