My husband & I recently decided to purchase a Townhouse but feared going to any financial institution to do financing as we know too well the agony that usually accompanies these types of transactions. To our utter surprised, our fear of applying for the home finance was unfounded. We were assisted by the most professional & informed staff imaginable. The branch manager, Bianca Janse Van Rensburg, immediately assisted us on entering the sales area, explaining that the branches priority banker will be with us momentarily. She made sure that we had all the correct documents & even offered us some refreshments. We hardly sat down before the priority banker came to greet us & with a smile showed us to his office. The priority banker, Nevan Harinarain, was professional, friendly & helpful during the whole process. He took the time to explain & answer any questions we might have had & even helped with questions we did not even thought about asking. With this, we thought it only fair to take a moment to really express our utter gratitude for the professionalism, friendliness & all around helpfulness that Bianca Janse Van Rensburg & Nevan Harinarain showed us.
