I have an FNB account and I'm having problems logging on to the Internet banking
I called and was instructed to follow the instructions yet I'm still having problems, further more if i had continued with the call i would have been billed R52.00 for receiving assistance from one of the consultants telepathically
being an employee of FNB and still paying bank fees i find it ridiculous that i still have to be billed for receiving help
Its unfair that one has to be billed for something that other banks don't charge fo
