I still do not know whether an amount of R452.02 paid for my policy has actually been allocated to the write policy, even had to make another payment to get my policies to be up to date. And all I get when I enquire is about this misallocated amount is that "Your policy is up to date mem" of-course it would be, ... I'M VERY UNHAPPY ABOUT THIS, only that the people covered on this policy are very old and I have been paying it for many years now OTHERWISE I WOULD HAVE BEEN CANCELLING THIS SH,., .
All I want to understand is whether the R452.02 was allocated and what the status of my policy was at that point in time, but I'm told to email another enquiry for that WOW... AFTER A SERIES OF Emails to your GSEnquires, this is unacceptable I have actual wasted so much money also calling this useless contact center trying to understand this, I have just gone off the phone just now.
