I have never seen such incompetence from an insurance provider. Multiple people are sent to inspect the problem. Proper instructions not provided to people who comes to fix. Wrong instruction given to people who comes to fix. Calling the insurance and someone else gives incorrect instructions again. Service providers who comes to fix are also confused of what they are here to do. Service provider comes to inspect and not properly close or leave the area the way they found it. This puts my family at risk because different people comes to the house saying they were sent by the insurer to inspect the problem. If the insurance does not have proper processes of to instruct their service providers, they should just let me know and I will get people who can do the job properly. This is not what I signed for. I am so disgusted.
