I have banked with FNB from 2004, I went thru a very difficult time in 2010 and unfortunately had a judgement placed against my name by FNB, I paid this account up in 2011 and have been battling to get my name cleared ever since. I have made several calls to the call centre, this has always been almost impossible as you cant get to speak to a person, just an electronic run-around. I physically drove thru to FNB at Menlyn Shopping Centre and spoke to Riaan Steyn, he also sent an email to Patricia - I have also sent several emails and landed up with Patricia Kgosimmele - I sent a request thru to her on 29th Oct, explaining my situation, I now get the below reply.
We apologies for the delay however the document is not yet ready as management is not available till 11/11/2013, I will advice you or the client once document is signed and commissioned.
Please peole, how is it possible that only ONE MANAGER can sign this letter - FNB must surely have more than one person dealing with these issues. ALL I NEED IS A ONE LINE LETTER FROM FNB. My Lawyer needs to take this to court in order to get the judgement rescinded. I don't know who else to speak to??
