Hospital plan

I took hospital plan and when i was hospitalised they refused to pay and they told me Nongoma hospital is not registerd as a private hospital and i went to get proof that they are registered and i gave it to them they refuse again telling me Nongoma is not one of the hospital they are paying for. i asked why i wasnt told which hospital are they paying i want them to pay or bring back all my payments i made
