We have a business account that became inactive during the last part of 2012.
FNB closed it with R777 in it without any notice given to us.
After following procedure we closed the account at Woodlands and gave instruction to transfer the R777 over to our ABSA account.
Today after about 3 weeks I got a call from Julian that it be done and it can only be transferred to another FNB account.

How?? Its the only account we have at FNB.So we cant get our own money back.
Im so glad I have only a credit card with FNB because jeez this kind of service is terrible.

Next will be many and many paperwork and permissions and whatever to get the money into another account by any means FNB can make your life difficult.
