I'd like to know how does your banking system work. Why is it everytime I draw money, I get different balances? Let me give you an example. If I draw R500 today, my balance will show R2500 but if I draw another R500 tomorrow, my balance will show R200. What has happened to the other R1300? And every single time my balance is largely different to my previous balance and its the exact same if I use my credit card. I can never keep track of my balance and I never ever know how much is in my account until it is completely empty. I went to inside the bank today to try and sort this problem out but the lady had no idea what I was talking about. Please get a consultant to call me on 0844786069 because I took a day off from work to sort this problem out but nothing came of it and I will not waste my airtime or work time for a problem that isn't my fault. I trust this problem will be sorted out swiftly!
And this has been happening from 1-11-2013. I just paid R600 for a pack of smokes. I drew R3000 out my account and my balance was R1688.60 and 2 minutes later I swiped for a pack of smokes and my balance is R1080. Wft is going on
