Great Service as always

I wish i remembered the name of the lady that contacted me a while back to notify me of a failed payment from my loan account - for the 1st time i remembered why im still banking with FNB. The lady didnt call to accuse me of anything instead she simply said she called me to notify me of this. I immediately asked her to make arragements for me rather then be defensive as i genuinly didnt know of this payment.
This kind of service gives great bragging rights when competing with friends over which bank is the best
