I'd like to thank ABSA from the bottom of my heart for resolving my problem. The Vehicle Account debit order has finally been cancelled and I don't have to worry about my credit record getting negatively impacted anymore. Now I realise that if I had spoken to the right people the first, my problems would have been long gone.
