Still waiting on feedback

On the 1st October I wrote a complaint about my UCount rewards, I was contacted a couple of days later and then again on the 4th October when the person advised me that they were going to listen to the tapes of my original conversation with the SB consultant and get back to me.
As I was going on leave for 2 weeks I told the person that it was not urgent and she could contact me again after the 23rd October when I returned home.
It is now 2 weeks later and I am still waiting on the follow up phone call.
Please investigate and advise
