I would like to commend MFC for the way in which they handled my complaint regarding an amount deducted off my account. The day I wrote a report on Hello Peter, I received a phone call quering my situation and what had transpired. Sally and Chris kept in constant contact to enquire whether my situation had been resolved and were clear and precise on the events that would take place up until the matter was resoolved. I kept receiving calls from Chris even after the money had been refunded into my account and my profile ammended. He wanted to check if there any bank charges I had incurred and they were willing to reimburse me for that. I thank MFC, in particular the 2 employees mention herein for their tireless effort to make me a happy customer.
