Standard Bank deliberate hindering small black own

1. Std Bnk deliberately delayed a home loan application, then a month later asked for something new. When i posted this on HelloPeter (see earlier post) they came back to me with a generic automated email response only dealing with the latest requirement... nothing about all the previous none existent returning of calls or updates.

2. Std Bnk was supposed to issue me with a guarantee to purchase the property which the private banker informed me will be delivered to the seller on a specific date. I deliberately gave the banker a earlier date as i suspected their lack of urgency (cause there service has been on a dramatic downward spiral for the last 2 years). The banker informed me it would take 5 - 8 working days yet by the 10 day nothing still, and i nearly lost the sale as a result, but managed to save it by transferring funds directly to sellers attorneys. Why I am paying R285 monthly for Private Banking when the only service to me currently is sending emails to change my monthly EPA...

3.Had a deposit into my account with no reference number on 4 November 2013. Tried emailing and calling Private Banking to ascertain more information but no one has come back to yet...
