15/10/2013 I lodged claim as two of my bedrooms wooden flooring was damaged due to burst pipe.3 days later no response I called and was told consultant did not complete claim on system therefore claim was hanging on system. Few days later I called again this time assessor was appointed. Few days of no response called again 23/10/2013 this time contractor John Dore was appointed. Note that only time something is done is when I call. John Dore sent quote 29/10/2013.By 03/11/2013 I called John Dore who claims Absa did not approve quote and therefore cannot proceed. Absa claim approval was done but John Dore resubmitted a claim 03/11/2013. I called John Dore a few times and they say they cannot do anything promised to investigate and call back but never did. Absa promised to investigate matter and cal me back. No one called. I have left urgent message for Wilma manager No response. Called today and held on for Marietjie manager for 20 minutes and dropped call as I am at work. Today called again again, held on 30 minutes while they investigate and was told someone will call back! PLEASE guys I also have a job but must spend my time pushing for Absa and contractor to work not FAIR
