Debited even though policy was confirm cancelled

I logged an issue about my refund on this policy:250095880 as my money was debited even though I didnt activate this policy to start debitting. I sent an email and spoke to consulatant to not start/cancel this policy and I received confirmation on the 28th October.

I called for this complaint on the 29th and till todate I have not received any feedback about my refund.
