Due to negligence the customer suffers

Regarding my complaint on 23rd Oct - I have not received any feedback from capitec yet, Lindiswa phned to get more info but I'm still left in the dark since then. Capitec has deducted money from my acc again end of Oct, its frustrating having to see your money being debited when you not even working and due to miscomunication the cleint has to handle the situation now, Capitec has proven to me that policy and procedure, efficiency and protocol is a minor issue... This treatment is so not fair, I am deeply disapointed!
