I had to go in and speak to my manager Suzette vd Berg, and mentioned that this is only the second time in all the years of banking with Standard that I have had to. Everything works... I have never had a problem with my bank. My appointment took all of 15 minutes, I walked out satisfied, Suzette's assistance was great, she was a delight to speak to... what more could I ask for?
