On the 25th of October i applied for Debt counselling with a company.
I was advised that all accounts will be flag due to the fact that i am under debt review.
The Monday i returned to work i discovered that all my bank accounts was blocked and had absolute no access to any accounts. I logged a request with the relevant department on 30th of October to release the funds into a new account that was opened. The supplier advised me that it might take 2 to 5 days for the funds to be released. Today is Monday the 4 of November and i still havent received the cash.
I was advised that the ammount was approved to be transferred but as yet i have received nothing.
The serviced that i have received in the past few days was totally disgusting. i am really not proud of being a Nedbank customer. This needs to be fixed as soon as possible as this increasing my blood pressure by the minute and considering to take this complaint to the consumer act..
