I presented a claim on Nov-20, 2013 and after many calls to their call center we have not heard back from them regarding the authorization to repair the vehicle.
I written many emails without receiving any feedback at all. Called the call center today and my call was hang-up.
Take my advice, do not switch to this insurance. They are very quick to get you to sign with them, but when it comes to delivering they would do nothing to help you!
