On 31 October 2013, after many warnings by my trusty car that trouble was heading my way, warnings that I ignored, my car wouldn't start. Tried all the usual things I do that makes it eventually start, but it refused. I asked some guy to push me and he did, up a hill and ran off. I then remembered I'm an OS client and made the call. Very professional and helpful - and calming (cause I was a little frazzled). My sms said that help be with me in 33 minutes. Realising the traffic, etc., I was probably looking at another hour of being stuck. I paid a security guard R100 to push me. Car started and then OS help arrived Way below 33 minutes. Even though my car was started, he insisted on checking it before he let me on my way. While I was sitting in traffic on my way home, OS called to check if I was ok and if all was sorted - and he sounded as happy as I was that my car was going Thank you OS! It's so nice to know that there IS help out there. I've never used Out @ Help, but I now have the peace of mind that I can always count on you. Thank you.
