A number of policies were sold telephonically to one of my staff which he could ill afford. He came to me complaining of the deductions from his bank account which he could not understand as he is illiterate. On Investigation I found he had numerous policies with Clientele Life. After months of getting no satisfaction I contacted their independent arbitrators department who have investigated and issued a full credit.
