Incorrect Debit Orde

A debit order was collected from TNTAI's account in error and then refunded into the incorrect account as well. Now they say that its our responsibility to get the funds back which is highly unfair as it was due to their incompetence that this happened in the first place and now we do not been have money to go to work. FNB must just refund the R2900 that was collected and they shouldnt have collected it in the first place. FNB has the most incompetent staff in the banking sector.
