On 17 October 2013 a Pantechnicon truck (horse & trailer 40 foot) drove into my Atos (Car) at work. I was however in the office when it happened.
I called my insurance and told them what had happened. Danielle was very helpful and assisted me with all the thousend questions I had. She cept in contact with me through out the whole proces, while the company im working for sorted out there stuff.
She was friendly and always called back when I left a message.
