Dispute numerous complaints this is one company who refuses to do something about there customer service... the above agent refused to get me a manager, he does not have listening skills as i asked him serveral times for a settlment instead he wants to tell me, the customer what he feels. i am logging this complaint because the agent specifically told me to go ahead and complain.. he is Arrogant and should not be in a customer service enviroment... i have requested a call recording in a previous incident and was also told that they cannot retrieve calls yet they tell you that the calls are recorded.
never in a million yesrs will i do business with Afrikan Bank again
