I had a Personal Loan with ABSA Bank, which was settled round about the end of August 2013. There was an amount of just over R200 debited from my account 1 October and the same on 1st November. I tried calling ABSA and after about 20minutes of holding, they eventually cut me off. What a surprise!
Apparently there is still and amount outstanding on my account. How the did they then calculate my settlement amount? Will I now forever be in debt with them?!?! Seems like they just have to keep taking people's money. After I cancelled my Credit Card with them, they offered me a "Better Deal and Rates" on the card... Why not give e a better deal right from the start. Then they might actually still have had me as a client.
