I would like to express my utter dissatisfaction and disgust at the way I was treated by Clientele Life. I signed up for
Hospital Plan - they supposedly gave me a whole lot of information over the phone that I was supposed to agree or not agree to there and then. Now, please tell me how I can remember everything that was said in an hour long call. No documentation followed after that call but they debited my account for 11 months. I was hospitalised and time to repay as per what I signed up for - they give me stories. Not to mention that I was sent from pillar to post trying to get an update on my claim. Bottom line- they refused to pay. Well I have since cancelled that account and to add salt to the wound - they want to continue debiting after I cancelled.
I've cut all ties with that company - even cancelled all policies I have with them. They must also please stop calling me - I don't owe them anything. If anything, they owe me. I am not angry, I am livid.
