Poor Customer Service

Yesterday I called FNB, to request for an early withdrawal from my 32 day notice account and was very dissapointed to be told that my request would be declined, because unless it of life and death. As I do not have any death on my side, they could not approve my request. I explained that I needed the funds for personal reasons, because I exceeded my budget this month and needed the funds to pay my bills and avoid a bad credit record. After so many years of banking with FNB I thought I would get better service, but I was very much dissapointed to be treated like a criminal. I have since requested for my account to be closed and move to another bank. And even then I still have to wait a month. I am very much dissapointed and did not expect this from such a reputable institution.
