I advertised an item on BidorBuy and got a response from "Brandon Hearts" who i assume is not the legal name of the account holder.
I exchanged my banking info and we agreed on an amount to be paid.
The amount was paid as i received a sms stating that it indeed was paid. Luckily i never sent the item as i knew there was a lot of coming around this way.
the payment was done Monday and till today no funds
Today i received another sms from the very same person but for a different amount
I tried contacting the Department but it seems they are VERY relunctant to assist
I have both sms's on my phone as well as the individuals contact number as well as his e-mail address together with the "Proof of Payment" from Nedbank
I fear this individual is busy defrauding a lot of people online
I need Nedbank to react to this ASAP
