I have sorted out this account on 22/08/2012
I received a letter in my mailbox 30 April 2012

Ms S Hattia and explained:
1. That we do not use our street address and when I applied for a line, I filled in the correct address but the info was obviously captured by an as mail was send to the STREET ADDRESS! I have filled in the application at Cresta. I did not take names but it should be on the original application.
2. I also filled in the banking detail as this would be an electronic payment through my bank account Scola Quip - Nedbank. This was not done - please see the name of the person who HANDLED THE APPLICATION!!!
3. I spoke to two persons Jeanette and Charlotte in September 2012 and it was established that the amount to be paid was R300.12. This was paid on 22/08/2012 from Nedbank. Proof of payment attached. Between the two of them they could change the address and banking details THAT WAS NOT CAPTURED FROM THE ORIGINAL APPLICATION - SEE CRESTA BRANCH 4. They told me to use 5981994399010392011. I have all the payments refelected on my business account! On 14/09/2012 amount of 774.68 was paid, on 22/08/2012 amoun
