I was phoned by one of the consultants as i have send a sms three to four weeks ago for Ucount rewards and only recieved a call today! I said to the consultant that it was three weeks ago! He only said that they are very busy with every one that is registering!
I then said i would be moving to another bank if the service is so bad!
He then just said thank you sir!
Dont they want to keep there customers that have been banking with them for 21 jears?
