CEO'S feedback not correct

Mr Smit, with due respect, please get your facts straight before you respond!
Did you establish the facts/findings before you responded Mr Smit, or did you
just accept one one of your "friendly consultant's" word for it?

I received a letter from Nicolene in response to my complaint in this forum, to which I have replied, I have not heard from her since 28/10/2013, more than 48 hours later.
I requested response to 3 queries, only one of them was answered, re chronic meds. and still I'm not happy because I was given another tablet different to the one I use. (all the pharmacist could tell me is that my script wasn't approved for that specific tablet, but the generic she's giving me contains the same active ingredient HUH?)
A am still waiting for my refund - supposed to have been paid after 30 days - which by the way have passed a looong time ago.
And so I'm waiting to hear if my dentist account has been settled - Nicolene IS aware of this as we discussed it over the telephone and in my response to her letter.By the way, please also let me know what are the implications if I fail to pay my subscriptions in the same way you fail to satisfy me, your customer?
