I called St Bank today after sending two emails and not receiving any feed back. Firstly the service received from the legal department is revolting - people need to get fired there, they do not know how to work with people. Makes me gag just to think about the experience I had today. I advised Dewald that I the client after waiting so long require proof that they never received payments as I have my statements to proof that my stuff was paid and now a year and a half later I discover this account has been handed over with no notification from St bank. Well it is 15:00 and yes you guessed it - stuff the client - no documents have been received this only confirms to me that they and I want this account back where it should be as it has been paid every month or I go to the Ombudsman
