I have just received my 3rd call from a company I-COM Services over a year period. They are claiming bad debt from 1994 for over R 2000.00. I have advised them that i do not know anything about it and that I have been advised not to accept anything from them as it is Prescribed Debt. I also received a visit from a gentleman with a Letter of Demand which he insisted i sign, but could not give me any info. Of course i didn't sign anything. After the call this morning and after i advised them that this is prescribed debt, I received an sms saying the following: "Your overdue has been handed over to NDC for legal Collection Contact (012) 423-4615 for payment arrangements". I called the number and it is answered I-COM SERVICES. How do i get these people to stop harrassing me. Please help!
