Lillian was at my work and froced me to sign some paper and the told me if i dont i will be blacklisted, umaware of what it is, I signed, She is forcing me to pay prescribed debt, as i havent heard anything from standard bank in the last 7 Years, no phone call, no letter of demand, nothing, so please close your file on me as the debt is prescribed. When I told her its is prescribed, she said she;s been doing this for 8years and I will pay, she didnt even tell me how much, no statement nothing, also she embarrased me in front of my colleagues at reception which I think she had no right doing. I refuse to pay as the debt is prescribed as per the prescription act. i havent acknowledged this for th epast 3years, made no payment and havent received a summons fro it, therefore i am not legally bound to pay for it, I refuse to pay on this grounds.
