See my previous complaint about SMS bundles not being loaded when purchased via Standard Bank Internet Banking. SB posted a nice response that my complaint is being investigated, but has done nothing about it and hasn't fixed the problem. It's bad enough that they don't provide decent customer service half the time, but what's worse is when they try to fake it for public consumption. Now would someone fix this problem please. And DON'T contact me unless it's to tell me the problem is fixed, I really don't have any interest in hearing your call centre drones mumble excuses at me.
