Poor system updates

I applied for an overdraft and was rejected as the system status shows I'm undergoing Debt Counselling. I have sent a clearance certificate in terms of section 71 (2)(b)(l) of the national credit act 34 of 2005 and is discharged on the 10May 2011 on many times and still reflects on my credit bureau record!!! Please get in touch with me so that i can provide the clearance certificate to a competent person working on your systems!!
