Went to Fica my account last week was told that the utility bill I have is not in my name have to get a form filled by the owner of the property stating I live on the premises, cant win so decide to leave & return with some more info.
Go back to the bank today give my Edgars account statement to Amanda from absa once again hit a road block she tells me since my edgars bill has been emailed to me I need to bring in the cover page again cant win with the bank I have been using for over 8 years. She tells me i can speak to her manager for further assistance I agree, then she says her manager is not in she is gone to see a client I can take a seat & wait for her. I told her i have no time to wait is there a 2 in charge that person is also out. This beening Absa one of the biggest banks in South Africa I thought would be run better than this not run like a small coffee shop around the corner.
I cant keep going to the bank so many times just to sort this issue out.
To make things worst my account has been blocked.
Thanks for the good service Amanda & Absa.
Maybe Absa should try & assist there clients more better try & go the extra mile.
