Its been a month at the most, and I've received 3-4 calls froms the call centre saying I did a quote with them some time ago, and why didn't I accept it. I was polite the first 2 times in re-doing the quote and they still could not beat my current insurer. And they still called me 2 times after. Do you guys not have a list or make notes of people you call? I hate being rude to people, but the last call I received today. The poor lady saw the worst side of me. All I'm asking is that your call centre people makes notes and DO NOT CALL THE SAME PEOPLE OVER and OVER. It does become annoying. I work in a similar environment and lnow what it feels like to be on the receiving end. So I would just like a manager to do something about it. Thanks
