I phone the cellphone banking department last week Monday, I was given a ref nr. & the lady said someone will give me a call in 2-3 working days & im still waiting. On airtime a bought & did not received.
This morning a got another email regarding a duplicate payment & this is the second time that a received a email about a duplicate payment, but now im a little confuse, as I did not received any 2nd sms or email notification & i did not slot in any pins to authorise any second payments.
FNB I REALLY TALK HIGHLY ABOUT YOUR SERVICES, BUT NOW THIS WHOLE DUPLICATE PAYMENTS & AIRTIME THAT I DONT RECIEVED IS MAKING ME NEGATIVE. I DONT STAY NEAR ANT BANKS/SHOPS SO IM DEPENDEND ON CELLPHONE & INTERNET BANKING, BECAUSE THIS IS THE SECOND TIME THAT I BOUGHT AIRTIME & DONT RECIEVED & ITS NET R29 AIRTIME, ITS ALWAYS MORE THAT R150.
